Refunds and cancellation

Status

Atlas Pong Pro is not on sale yet. Atlaspong is free today and no payment is taken. This page says how refunds and cancellation will work when Pro opens.

Cancel any time

Pro renews by itself every month or year until you cancel.
To cancel, email Yash080301@gmail.com with your nickname. We cancel it within one working day. You can also stop the automatic payment in your UPI app or bank app.
After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further payment is taken.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of any payment, monthly or yearly. Email Yash080301@gmail.com with your nickname and the date of the payment. We refund the full amount of that payment to the way you paid, normally within 7 working days of saying yes (your bank may take longer). After 7 days we do not refund part of a period you already have. You can cancel to stop the next payment.

When a refund is made, Pro for that payment ends at once.
